Artists invite locals and businesses to take part in art works at Stratford station

 

Artist Lucy Harrison is looking for people to contribute to a significant art project. Commissioned by Art on the Underground, London Underground’s art programme, the project is based at Stratford station and explores the changing site of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.  

Lucy is producing a series of newspapers to be distributed from  Stratford station this summer.  They will document life in Stratford in 2008 so she would be interested in speaking to retailers or workers in the Stratford Centre. Does your shop have an interesting story? Do you have an unusual hobby? Get in touch and Lucy may include a feature on you or your  business.
