Facilities at Stratford Centre

To make your visit an enjoyable experience, we offer a wide range of facilities for all, from families with young children to people with disabilities.

Listed here are some of the facilities that we offer:

Lost Children  Here at Stratford we operate Little Shoppers Stay Safe, a free to use scheme to help ensure your child's safety whilst visiting the centre. Wristbands & full instructions are available from Security staff and from Adams & Mothercare - both of which are located in the West Mall. The helpline number is 020 8519 3545

Parking Over 30 parking spaces for the disabled located in the multi-storey car park located above the centre.

Lost Property The centre makes every effort to ensure that lost property is returned where possible. If you have lost an item whilst in the Centre, please make enquiries at the Management Office (020 8519 3545) where your details will be taken and if the item is found, your goods will be returned to you.

Security A network of CCTV cameras cover the Centre and perimeter roads, our malls are patrolled by fully first aid trained security officers and two vehicles patrol the centre, supported by the security officers on foot.

Toilets There are one set of toilets within the Centre, located in the West mall.   They have male/female/disabled/baby changing facilities.

Cash Machines There are several located in the centre for your convenience:

North Mall

Barclays x3 24hr plus 7 within the banking hall (Link machines serving all supporting banks)

South Mall

HSBC x1 (Link machines serving all supporting banks)

West Mall

Sainsburys x 1 24hr,  WH Smith x1 (Link machines serving all supporting banks)
