We constantly strive to obtain customer care excellence within the Stratford Shopping Centre. We provide a number of facilities to make your visit that bit easier.We have Disabled Toilets and Baby changing facilities located in the West Mall located within the Public Toilets which has a barrier system and toilet attendant on site at a charge of 20p to use the public toilets. The disabled toilet is opened by a radar key which should be issued to all registered disabled persons. Opening times for the Toilets are 8am – 7pm Monday to Saturdays and from 11am – 4pm Sunday’s.
